Agrolok is a moisture protecting gel that prevents erosion while retaining moisture for enhanced germination and faster root establishment. Excellent for use as soil stabilization and revegetation of bare, erodible slopes, highways, river banks, drainage and irrigation channels, crop fields, and all seeding and/or hydromulching.
New Construction : Blend with seed or apply it after the area is seeded or sprigged. When sodding an area, apply Agrolok just prior to laying sod. Agrosoke used in soil prior to sod installation.

Slope Areas : Agrolok is a must for all slope areas. Apply Agrolok at the recommended rates based on the degree of slope following final ground preparation. Agrolok holds the soil in place until the plant roots have established themselves for long term erosion control. Mixing Agrolok into the slope area during preparation assures moisture retainment on a permanent basis.

Problem Areas : When repairing or replacing sod, Agrolok and Agrosoke provide an unbeatable combination! Lay cut sod roots up, sprinkle on Agrolok and water in. Agrolok prevents transpiration and stress to the root system. Prepare the area to be sodded with Agrosoke, sprinkle on Agrolok, water, lay sod and water again.
Aerification : Following aerification and top dressing, or after overseeding, apply Agrolok topically and water in.

Agrolok was used with significant success on the Rancho Mirage Course in Palm Desert. Nursery stock was desiccating even though a drip irrigation system was employed. Spraying the plants with Agrolok solution enabled them to establish and build root systems that could with stand the hot, windy conditions.
